The dipinto is damaged by large lacunas at the top, left, right, and in the middle, so that the identification is to be considered as tentative. The figure, possibly a male, is represented as fully frontal. Of the face, only the bottom half is preserved, with a round oval and a straight nose. The shoulders are straight. On the chest, two round motifs made of concentric lines can be interpreted either as disc-shaped brooches or clasps.","caption":"Drawing of a face","writingStyleInEnglish":"charcoal","property":{"englishPropertyName":"Basilica","italianPropertyName":"Basilica","insula":{"shortName":"Agora","fullName":"Agora","city":{"name":"Smyrna","pleiadesId":"550771"}},"propertyTypes":[{"name":"Basilica","description":""}],"numberOfGraffiti":325,"uri":"Smyrna/Agora/1","propertyName":"Basilica","propertyNumber":"1"},"figuralInfo":{"drawingTags":[{"name":"Human figures","description":"drawings of humans"}],"descriptionInLatin":"((:caput hominis))","descriptionInEnglish":"head of person"},"trismegistosNumber":null,"uri":"https://ancientgraffiti.org/Graffiti/graffito/AGP-SMYD00211","agpId":"AGP-SMYD00211","citation":"AGP-SMYD00211, The Ancient Graffiti Project, <https://ancientgraffiti.org/Graffiti/graffito/AGP-SMYD00211> [accessed: 29 Apr 2026]","graffitoHeight":"18","graffitoLength":"11","pleiadesId":"550771","locationMetadataLink":"properties/Smyrna/Agora/1"}
