Commentary: | The ink is mostly faded. The bust, seen from behind, is drawn in three-quarter, turned to the left. The image can be identified as a large crested gladiatorial helmet and a breastplate that covers also part of the back. The dipinto was probably meant to be a close-up of the gladiator depicted in D1.2. |
