Commentary: | Dipinto located on the northern face of Pier A84, looking into the Basilica’s northern corridor. The ink is partially faded, and a protecting gauze now covers part of the drawing. The dipinto comprises a rectangular feature decorated with a checkerboard motif. At present no interpretation is suggested. |
